At Scarlett’s Baked Goods, all lactation cookies are made fresh to order to ensure quality, flavor, and effectiveness.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase.
All orders are baked fresh before shipment and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Miami-Dade orders will be hand delivered on Saturday and Sunday.
Shipping Coverage & Rates
We currently offer nationwide shipping across all 50 U.S. states.
Flat rate shipping is $16 for the continental United States.
All shipped orders contain fresh cookies, individually packaged to preserve quality during transit. We also offer frozen dough sent in insulated containers for baked-at-home goodness.
Freshness & Storage
Cookies are best enjoyed within 10 days of delivery.
Each cookie is individually packaged for freshness.

Warm Weather Disclaimer
While we do our best to protect your goodies, Scarlett’s Baked Goods is not responsible for melting or softening that may occur during transit in warm climates. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Shipping Liability
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping carrier is solely responsible for delivery timelines, delays, and lost or stolen packages.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a correction. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.
Local Delivery (Miami-Dade)
We offer local hand delivery in Miami-Dade county on Saturday and Sunday.
Delivery will be coordinated directly with the customer.
If no one is available at delivery, the order will be left at the location and the customer assumes all responsibility, including weather-related spoilage, damage, or theft.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
Refunds or replacements are only issued in the event of an error on our end, such as receiving the wrong item or an issue with order processing.
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can review and assist.
